Out & Blooming Florals offers custom and standard floral arrangements, event floral design, sympathy arrangements, holiday designs, and subscription flower deliveries in the Baltimore, Maryland area.
All products are subject to availability. Due to the seasonal nature of flowers, substitutions of equal or greater value may be made without notice to ensure freshness and quality.

3. Ordering and Payment
We accept all major debit and credit cards through secure online payment processing.
Payment is due in full at the time of order. Orders are not confirmed until payment has been received.

4. Delivery and Pickup
We currently deliver within the greater Baltimore area. Delivery fees and available delivery zones are displayed at checkout.
Please ensure that delivery information (address, recipient name, and contact details) is accurate. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.
If no one is available to receive the delivery, we may leave the order in a safe location or contact the recipient to arrange an alternative drop-off, at our discretion.

5. Subscriptions
Subscription services provide recurring floral deliveries based on the frequency selected (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly).
Subscription payments are automatically charged according to the chosen billing cycle.
You may modify or cancel your subscription at any time with at least 7 days’ notice before your next scheduled delivery.

6. Cancellations and Refunds
Custom orders and event arrangements: Non-refundable once design work or flower ordering has begun.
Standard orders: May be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date for a full refund.
Subscription orders: Cancellations must follow the policy in Section 5.
If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours with a photo so we can make it right.
